Supreme Court vacancy now in play “Let the games begin”—again!

Sep 19, 2020

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 87, died last evening at the commencement of the Feast of Trumpets. Here is a brief except from the article in USA Today:

“The world learned of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death as Rosh Hashanah began — a holy time for Jews that has brought both comfort and special meaning to her death for some of her supporters.

“Rosh Hashanah marks the start of the Jewish New Year. … Having another year to live was at the core of Ginsburg’s dying wish: That she not be replaced until a new president is elected.” [Emphasis mine—JWB] Source.

The Feast of Trumpets is New Year’s Day in the ancient Hebrew calendar. President Trump was in the midst of speaking at a “peaceful protest” (as he calls it in lieu of a “rally”) at the airport in Bemidji, Minnesota, when the news broke of Ginsburg’s death.

In these first 24 hours after her passing, we Bible student Bereans recognize the Father’s hand in the timing of this event—it is HUGE—but the specifics remain to be discerned in this student’s mind. Hmmm…the Feast of Trump-ETs…

Then, from the political side, Sen Lindsey Graham has already stated that “he supports filling Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat ahead of the election.

If you thought the Cavanaugh hearings were putting the demonic outbursts of the Dems and loony Leftists on full display, wait until the hearings begin for the nominee to fill Ginsburg's seat!

No matter whom Trump nominates, the vicious personal attacks, the outrageous stalling tactics, accompanied with incessant “wailing and gnashing of teeth” will be one for the history books!
